Hi there, I was captivated by this senryu, and for the life of me I kept on coming back to it again and again.

What sticks out for me is the notion that is a coda to some conversation. Perhaps about the difference in perspective of opinion. Not every individual is going to see the exact same thing, as they might be colour-blind.

The use of questions also add to this concept, wherein "what lens blends our sight?" conjures up for me the notion of when people become nostalgic and see their world through "rose-tinted lenses". Also it caused me a moment to pause and think, people nowadays mostly view the world through the results of a camera lens, where the majority of reality outside of one's proximity is aired on 24 hour news channels usually with a degree of bias towards certain groups or individuals.

Of course, it ties in well with the senryu, where I might understand a matter one way, if you looked through my glasses, no doubt it would not be the same.

As always with the Eastern styles of poetry, this senryu definitely established a good train of thought from those three lines. Simple, yet effective as enhanced by those two questions which gives the reader a hook to ponder on.

In conclusion, a splendid verse for a reader to muse over.
